The District Detroit, Detroit MI.

Nicolson Associates designed exterior wayfinding signage for The District Detroit, a 60 block area adjacent to downtown Detroit ripe for development. The area includes Comerica Park, Little Caesars Arena, the Fox Theater and lots of abandoned property. The project included digital wayfinding signs for parking lots and garages, a directional sign system and boundary brand identification signs. We are showing illustrations of the boundary concepts that are based on using materials typically found on an abandoned lot.
